Clean hotel, no extras, but all the basics and an excellent price.

No bad location but you might have difficulty to f In general not bad hotel but it was not what I was expecting, no breakfast except muffins, coffee and instant oatmeal, they have kitchen but no utensils, nothing at all , empty drawers

No elevator, ugh The facility was fine, it was clean and the desk agent was very pleasant. The BIG downside for me was that there is no elevator, UGH. The agent did finally agree to carry my bags up for me, however no one was there to assist me in getting them back down stairs upon checkout time. In addition the doors to the rooms face directly outside, I much prefer interior doors for safety and noise reasons. Would not really stay at this location again.

ダレス空港を利用するためのホテルとしておすすめ 翌朝ダレス空港から出発するための前泊で宿泊しました。 夜間は人通りが少ない地域ですが、タクシーで往来する分には問題ありません。 チェックイン・チェックアウトもスムーズです

昨年より顧客サービスは向上。人通りが少ない地域なので女性は注意 到着後しばらくして、フロントから「問題はないか？」と確認の電話がかかってきた。以前より顧客サービスが向上したと思う。（以前エアコンの調子が悪くて難儀したことがあり、そのときの対応は悪かったが、今回は良かった） 治安は良い地域だが、人通りが多いわけではないので、女性単独の場合は注意が必要（これは相変わらず）

Great location, great rate Perfect location and walking distance to Reston Town Center. Staff was largely invisible, but there when needed. Room was clean and sparse. Shower was good.
