No elevator, ugh The facility was fine, it was clean and the desk agent was very pleasant. The BIG downside for me was that there is no elevator, UGH. The agent did finally agree to carry my bags up for me, however no one was there to assist me in getting them back down stairs upon checkout time. In addition the doors to the rooms face directly outside, I much prefer interior doors for safety and noise reasons. Would not really stay at this location again.

昨年より顧客サービスは向上。人通りが少ない地域なので女性は注意 到着後しばらくして、フロントから「問題はないか？」と確認の電話がかかってきた。以前より顧客サービスが向上したと思う。（以前エアコンの調子が悪くて難儀したことがあり、そのときの対応は悪かったが、今回は良かった） 治安は良い地域だが、人通りが多いわけではないので、女性単独の場合は注意が必要（これは相変わらず）
Great location, great rate Perfect location and walking distance to Reston Town Center. Staff was largely invisible, but there when needed. Room was clean and sparse. Shower was good.
Convenient location One night stay. Convenient for business meeting I had the following morning. Continental breakfast was less than appealing. Room was clean and quiet, probably because it was on the backside of the property. Friendly staff. Quick check-in and check-out.

Great Price and Location Hard to beat the price I paid for a Herndon-Reston location. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the laundry was spacious, and the employees were helpful. The breakfast options (coffee,tea, protein bars, oatmeal and packaged muffins) were appreciated but not really in the class of a breakfast.
Needs Better Free WiFi! I guess that it was okay, hate way that it seems as if this Establishment and others needs to start figuring
