Pretty nice. Staff very helpful. Kind of loud around 6 a.m.

Overall a good hotel at an ok price! Very clean. Very spacious. Would definitely stay here again. But for the price the breakfast was a joke. I couldn’t even get a glass of orange juice.

Over priced Over priced, West Palm hotel rooms are overpriced.

Room was OK, beds good, clean. However, the room was not made up and no fresh towels. No wash cloths were provided. No service at all during our 2 day stay.

Not what I payed for I payed for a 2 Double Bed + 1 Sofa Bed room, however I received a 1 Double Bed + 1 Sofa Bed room. The hotel said they were packed and this was Expedia's fault/responsability. They added a twin bed to mitigate the problem. At the end, they told me I would get a 25% discount because of the inconvenient.

Good, clean place to stay Everything was great except that the faucet in the bathroom was running and the trickling noise was a little annoying especially when it was time to sleep. The pillows are really flat but the bed was comfortable.
