Had quite a wait at the front desk waiting to be checked in while I was the only person in the Lobby. After going to my room I was called and asked to return to the front desk due to the fact the form I signed at check in could not be found and would I please sign another one. The room had no utensils in it and it was never discussed at check in.

Every summer we attend a concert in the area and this is our favorite hotel to stay at. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and very clean. The location is idea as it is close to everything! The rate is affordable for the amount of room that you get (includes kitchen). Thanks again, we had a great time... see you next July/August!

Very nice size of the Deluxe Studio... one comforter wasn't very clean.. but overall very clean.. I expected for someone to clean the room everyday but it didn't happen so slightly disappointed... the continental breakfast didn't have many options...But it was very close to Rapids Water Park!!I really enjoyed my stay..

Hotel is great - TV service, not so much This hotel needs work done on the satellite/wifi system. We have been here 4 nights so far and 3 have been without cable TV. The tech came and "told them how to reset it but it isn't working" so they have to call him back. Except it's the weekend so they have to wait until Monday. I'll be leaving Monday. 5 nights with a teenager & no TV is not good - especially when he's a ballplayer missing the college world series! I was here 2 weeks ago and the issue was the wifi. Meh... ok for one night Had no bedding for pull out couch despite booking for 3 pple, then got two fitted sheets and no blanket. Pulled out couch and mattress was badly stained.. kitchen has ZERO SUPPLIES. Not even a spoon. Had to go buy cups, paper towels and plastic utensils.
