Just OK... This place needs a little TLC... great location but be sure to lock your vehicle. Lòt of activities in the hallways. Staff is friendly enough... this is my 2nd time there and I will probably stay there again if I have to. Overall, it was ok

Nice hotel and staff. It was close to were we wanted to visit. The staff was friendly, always said hi. The room was clean and acceptable.

Convenient to the highway, our first room reeked of cigarette smoke despite specifically being called out as a smoke free hotel. They rooms are ok. Not overly clean. The hard floor smelled better than the carpeted one they initially assigned us. There is a sign in the lobby asking customers to review them with 5 stars and stating it “starts with you!”. No, it starts with good service and clean rooms, and goes from there.

The room was very clean when we got there. The front desk staff was okay at check in, not as friendly as others. Little disappointed that no cleaning staff ever came to our room during our stay, not even to refresh towels, no garbage can in the room other than the small one in the bathroom and no large garbage containers for us to clean up our room other than by the front entrance door. The check out clerk was super friendly. The place was close to food and the I system so it made for easy travels.

Unless you are on a budget - do not stay here! The advertised breakfast was a grab and go - which equates to here are some oatmeal granola bars, help yourself. First time ever breakfast was this lousy at an Extended Stay - I'm used to a real breakfast at these when I've stayed at them for work. Then, in the room, the bed was not secured to the floor or wall. When we sat on one end the bed would tip. First ever I've had this issue in over 10 years of travel for work or leisure....
