one night only This hotel was ok for the night, but if you plan to spend a lot of time in the room you might want to look elsewhere. The room was clean, the staff was helpful and the kitchenette was convenient. However, the neighborhood was sort of under construction and the building itself was a bit old and rundown and kind of had a funny smell. The amenities lacked, there was no ice machine and there was a sign on the fitness center door that stated due to recent vandalism you had to go to the desk to get access,
great price for the room The hotel was nice overall. The room was alot smaller than I expected. The tv was very small, it was on a pedestal and looked very awkward in the room. I was on the first floor and the second night there was soo much noise. The police were there in the earling morning hours. When I checked out in the morning, the police were there because apparently someone stole things from the front desk and vandalized some things, so did not sleep well the second night there.
Okay for price First room was uninhabitable; toilet leaking & floors filthy. 2nd room much better. Rooms were stocked differently. Refrigerator too noisy as was outside since postal trucks pulled up hourly to unload. Staff was friendly and helpful. SE location easy to access.
Surprisingly Positive Very friendly, helpful and attractive office personnel. It was obviously an older property but very well maintained, clean and neat. The shower water pressure is critical for me; this was excellent. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The TV was a bit small, by today's standards; but that wasn't that big a deal. I'd go back here again and recommend it to anyone headed to the Wichita area.
Great Room for the money The only problem i had was the bed was firm
I booked this for our family weekend thinking it was a good deal on a nice hotel. I was wrong. There were stains on the beds, the fridge was disgusting, the sink leaked and dripped all night, there was hair all over the bathroom, the tv remote was nowhere to be found, and the office chair was disgusting. Not to mention, when we got to our room there was an overwhelming smell of marijuana that lingered.

There was a roach trap in the bathroom and an unidentified pill or something on the floor.
