Hairs in Bathroom There were hairs in the bathroom. The place had a distinct unclean smell. Location was great staff did not seem very helpful.

Was not impressed Smell the marijuana smell as soon as you walk in the door. i was very uncomfortable being there by myself. I ended staying with my husband at the hospital. So I had paid for my stay and was out $194.00 for 2 nights, but being at the hospital in a recliner was safer. I will the think twice before scheduling ahead of time for a room with a 3rd party. DISAPPOINTING!

This hotel is truly the WORST hotel experience I have ever had. We arrived at 1:30a to a room that had blood on our pillow, dog hair all over the floor, dried food stuck to the walls, counters and furniture, mud and dog hair in the blankets and sheets as well as a bathtub faucet that could not be turned off. We spend an hour changing the mattress cover and bed linens as well as trying to clean up dog hair and stuck on dried food. After all of that the hotel would not refund our money. Avoid this hotel!

Original oom was giving to someone else, the new room giving to us already had people in it. 3rd room did not have queen bed (2 adults in a full size bed) or the pull-out sofa bed. Bathroom door had fist size holes on both sides.
