I expected average...i got less. Check in at 3..we were not there until 8pm. No room available as advertised. Staff did try to accommodate differently which was appreciated. 2 single rooms instead of suite. However. Ac not working, bed hard as concrete floor., i have back issues, so this was bad... floor was dusty and dead bugs on floor by end tables. Loud banging noises thru the night... overall not a good experience given that there was a marriott and comfort inn in walking distance.. stayed because close to ks heart hospi... read more

DIRTY It was disgusting. Words cannot describe how dirty this room was. We were not able to rest, we kept thinking if they don’t clean the obvious stuff there’s no telling what we’re sleeping on. We were so uncomfortable we left 3 hours after arriving.

I would not recommend Loud, there was an 1” gap between the door and door frame so I heard everyone. Plus some big fight an disturbance in the middle of the night. The bed was hard. The shower was so gross I would not get in.

Underwhelmed No kitchen appliances provided and when asked if we could receive kitchen appliances I was told it depends on what they have in stock. I don’t like how we were made to believe we would have a fully stocked kitchen and we didn’t. And the “free” breakfast only included store bought muffins and granola bars

Car broken into My car was broken into. I'm highly upset about that. There were no cameras. We had to go to the next hotel to ask for footage. Everything else was decent. There was one particular staff, an African American woman she made the stay worthwhile with her great service. Everyone else's service was average. Hotel was clean by the looks of it but there was food left in the fridge, room smelled a little musty but was still breathable. I LOVED THE SPACE! Beds were comfortable. Poor Carpet was dirty, walls were yellow, pets were allowed and pets continued to bark.

Won’t stay there again Room lighting was terrible, sheets was very clean, hole in the ceiling. Room wasn’t 100 % ready. Carpet needs to be shampooed.
