It was okay the rooms were a bit run down a remodeling would be great especially the carpet needs to go
GO ELSEWHERE I was quite disappointed by the cleanliness of this property. I took many pictures of these issues and am going to publish this situation on my Google review site in which I am a Local Guide with 1.3 MILLION views. The 'Complimentary Breakfast' was nothing more than coffee and packaged muffins. The reviews posted about this property were quite contrary to the actual condition of this property. BEWARE.

i never got to stay their because they had no internet and could not check me in or let me stay . they told me to go somewhere else at my own exspenehelp at all to get me a place. did not have a time looking for another motel.

Cockroach Anxiety Reserved the room for two nights. The floors were dirty. They needed a good sweeping and mopping. Sofa had dog hair all over it. After spending the first night there, a cockroachs appeared in the kitchen and the bedroom. We checked out right away.

When arrived staff was to busy attend to personal chat to bother helping customer. Get to room and have no glass of any kind for getting a drink.

Killed three bugs in our room. Ceiling falling in. Smelled of pot as well as multiple other terrible smells. Furniture filthy with stains as well as the fridge was so dirty. Feet turned black while walking on the floor.

Unfortunately, I will never stay at an Extended Stay America again due to very poor customer service. We booked through a third party, which is relevant later. We arrive from a cross country flight at 12:00 AM, and multiple unanswered calls to management from the service desk and probably 30 minutes later, the grumpy service desk employee tells me I can't check in because their Internet is down so they can't process my card.
