roaches as soon as we walk in we see a dead roach and a small one crawling on table later was really tired from motorcycle ride so we stayed was very upset also counter had grease on it

Great facility for my dog, very welcoming of animals. BUT, our single queen bed room had ONE pillow... I called the front desk and asked for another. At first he said they don’t have anymore, then said he had one and to come get it. I get the the front desk to get it and he says it’s still wet and he would put it in the dryer and deliver it in about 20min. About 50min later, he calls and said it’s still drying. Terrible hotel, with dirty carpets. It smelled terrible in the elevator. The staff at the desk was not as friendly as other hotels I use in that area.

delayed checkin 45 minutes! staff was not accommodating and threatened to not honor reservation confirmation several times even after we both talked to Expedia rep. and verified reservation! no apology for inconvenience!!!

Roaches of all kinds The man at the desk when we checked in with quite nice and apologetic when we told him our room smells like pot. So you moved us to the last available room. When we get in there it has roaches socks bags toothbrush and enough pet here to build a pet under the bed. The manager seemed to treat me like I was bothering her with this. The Orkin Man was coming in when we're leaving. I emailed corporate and have yet to get a response. Even though the hotel is decent. Another guest told us they had roaches too. ... read more

The staff was friendly however this was probably the only positive thing about this hotel. The shower didn't drain and there was a foamy substance (almost like seafoam you'd find on a shoreline) surrounding the drain. The wifi didn't work with my reservation name and room number. The sheets were fine but not 'comfortable' necessarily. For the conditions of this hotel, it was overpriced. I wouldn't pay more than $50/night here.

Bed was terrible: mattress was like a board. No blanket only a comforter and sheet. A/C unit was loud. three light fixtures with burnt out bulbs.

It was literally disgusting. There was a pee stain on the sheets and removed them to find even more stains on the mattress protector. Wouldn’t recommend at allllll.
