Carpet stained. Has a cockroach problem. Needs a massive clean up job

There were two roaches, piss in the floor, hair on the toilet, the air conditioner acted like it was blowing up, the freezer sounded like it was leaking, and our bed sheets had dirt and hair all in it.

My wife and I received a confirmation from Expedia for a room but when we went to check in they were over booked at the hotel and had nothing available for us to stay in. We then had to drive an hour back home.

Previous customers food left in fridge. Bugs in first room. Staff happily switched my room. Second room inse

TV and heater didn’t work at first. The room type I reserved wasn’t available. Kitchen floor was sticky.

Lots of people with pets living here with pets and cooking with no ventilation Water warm not hot Smells bad Nice layout good location Nice staff. Checked out early
