Would not recommend. The room had cockroaches and these other tiny black bugs I had never seen before. We checked out just minutes after checking in (12/23) and the hotel still hasn't released the $427 back to my credit card. Other notable items, the carpet was heavily stained, and as we were leaving, a Wilmington police officer had just arrived to respond to something.
When my family and I arrived for check in, the hotel did not even have our reservation. It took us an extra 45 minutes just to get a room we already reserved! We decided to order pizza for dinner and asked for some plates from the front desk because they openly advertise that they accommodate guests with cookware and eatery. The front desk person came back after 15 minutes saying they only had 3 plates and one fork for 6 people. Never Stay at Extended Stay Ever Again Unclean room, bed linen was embedded with defecation. When I informed the hotel staff, they attempted to discredit me and refused to clean the room. I was told if I wanted clean towels and linen I had to touch another guest's feces. Unfortunately, I arrived late after burying my beloved family member. Looks good online sheets were dirty bathroom dirty not worth a 100$ super shady area dont do it unless you have to
Air broke down. No daily service, breakfast was only coffee, roaches.
Roach Infested Has roaches very unclean
Very dirty This was the dirtiest hotel I've stayed in a long time. The room smelled like dogs. And multiple roaches.
