Basic It’s a hotel with a clean bed. Unfortunately I had a rude staff member that I’m guessing was dealing with something or another guest. Not only was I not spoken to when I walked in nor when she was done answering the phone And dealing with another upset guest. Not once was I mad or rushing her to get to me but When she got to me she never said sorry or hi. This used to be my go-to place in Wilmington for quick trips. Not any more! It's gone WAY downhill. They make you sign a smoke waiver, but the rooms smell like old, stale smoke anyway. The bed was NOT CLEAN; the pillows smelled like men's cologne, plus they were either flat or lumpy or both. Worst of all, there was a ROACH IN THE TUB (I have pictures if anyone wants to confirm). Traveling home from Florida we booked this hotel which was recommended by the Expedia rep. Because it was so late at night I did not check the reviews. BIG MISTAKE! As I always do I walked into the room and pulled down the sheets. The bed had been slept in and obviously the sheets were not clean. Specks of unknown original and curled hair. Staff nice , shower backing up and nasty. Kitchen handles broken and nasty , bathroom door not lacthing properly

Poor customer service, incompetent staff, and they're CROOKS. Tried to double charge me for my stay. Very disappointed with this hotel. Will not stay there again.

Place smells like smoke. No housekeeping unless you stay 7 nights although they don’t tell you this ahead of time. Fire alarm went off 10 pm on a Saturday night. Had to wait till fire department showed up to get back into hotel.

Not the greatest The bed was really nice, my fellow neighbors were really loud but it was fourth of July week so I understood. The internet was down for most of my stay. There was no breakfast included like there was suppose to be. When I asked what was going on with the breakfast they told me because of the holiday they didn't receive a shipment. With this being a business trip I always book somewhere that includes breakfast so I can cut down on meal costs. I was able to cook in my suite which was nice. One of my nights the... read more

Service was great and very friendly! Rooms were disappointing sheets had stains, and WiFi was down the entire weekend. I wouldn’t stay here again.
