Nasty room,had to take my own Clorox and clean the room,mattress pad had stains of urine many that is. Fridge was disgusting,micro nasty, cabinet shelves not clean. Mattress pad had a zip tie on it . Promised to refund my money for the first night,but lied.

There was no shampoo, conditioner, plates, cups, utensils, coffee, etc in the room. The "continental breakfast" was coffee and stale packages muffins. There was trash all over the parking lot. The fridge was covered in dirt, dust and what may have been mold. The bed sheets smelled mildew-ish.

I can not check in Personal in Lobby tooooooo bad we can not check in the men in front lobby was really unfriendly

Grungy Everything is mediocre, from the cleanliness to service. The stale smoke smell. Nasty grungy sheets and cheap uncomfortable bed. Don’t stay here if you can afford somewhere better.

Terrible experience! Staff was extremely unprofessional! Never ever have I encountered such unprofessional staff! They are clearly there to clock in and out and care nothing about guests or representation of hotel. The hallways smelled like marijuana even though it’s a non-smoking hotel. I would never stay there again and highly recommend you don’t either!

Very dirty through out property. Room was very nasty. Hair in the shower. Toilet had not been cleaned. Trash was piled by side door the whole stay.

Please avoid this hotel if you don't like bugs. My stay was not very good. My room had roaches and the toilet was dirty. The pillows and sheets had yellowish staining. It's just not a very clean hotel. I'd some issues with customer service but that's a longer explanation. The breakfast is literally just coffee, muffins, and granola bars in the lobby.
