Not what we expected When a friend & I booked rooms here for our families, it was the last stop on a weeklong, multi-stop tour. We chose an extended stay faciity with the intention of having a meal in the room to save some money. When we arrived, I checked in first & had no issues. However, my friend was not so lucky. She was told that the room she had booked had been flagged by the cleaning staff. Avoid Everything was old. Cleanliness seemed ok. Rugs, towels, blankets old stains. Air conditioner and fridge very loud, hard to sleep. "Free breakfast" meant gas station muffins and coffee, nothing else. No place to sit for breakfast. Overall, feels like a $30/night motel.

Bare bones hotel not worth the price This hotel was poorly equipped and I would not stay here again. The pictures on the website showed a small kitchen which is why we booked the hotel. There was nothing in the kitchen - kitchen was bare - not even a coffee maker. Breakfast was granola bars and coffee - also a disappointment.

Dirty and Old Hotel Well... I flew into Wilmington for a Job Interview and was looking for an average hotel from Expedia. The hotel wouldn't let me check in two hours early without a $25 fee. Absolutely absurd if you ask me. I travel for business quite often and I have never had this fee anywhere. Not a good start... Secondly, the hotel was extremely dirty and hallways hadn't been vacuumed the entire time I was there. Problems Wifi was horrible, first room the air conditioner didnt work. They told us to try and fix it before they called maintenance. Second room, light kept going out, keys kept deactivating for all the doors. Horrible stay.

Utter disbelief Absolutely horrible. The front desk clerk was so kind and she really was concerned, however the quality of the hotel was horrific, the residents that were staying there were doing drugs, it smelled of drugs, and the sounds that came from the halls were horrific.

Gross Hotel in decent area Awful! Light switch was broken and stuck to on position. There was a pack of cookies under the bed being eaten by roaches. Hotel asks you to sign a no smoking policy, but smells like an ashtray.

Nasty!! Bathroom dirty no pillow cases on two of the pillows!!

Dirty We were forced to change rooms due to the dirty bathroom and linens. The second room was cleaner, but the bed sheets were still dirty, and the comforter had a cigarette burn (non-smoking room).
