Horrible smells. The hotel had a terrible odor especially on the 3rd floor. It smelled like the carpet needed to be ripped up. The hotel also reeked of cigarettes, but there was a sign that said no smoking. Housekeeping left a tub of dishes on the floor near the elevator for an entire day. The vending machine was out of water and the hotel didn't have any. The complimentary breakfast was in a horrible location at the front door on a tacky foldable table.

The Extended Stay Dump When I originally searched for a pet-friendly hotel in my search I assumed the price included my pets. I was hit with an additional $50 charge upon checking in. That was kind of okay. Maybe I missed the fine print. But after we got to our room the bedspreads had holes in them, the carpet felt dirty and sticky. The lobby and elevator had the smell of stale cigarette smoke. This was odd for a supposed smoke-free hotel. The air-conditioner was inconsistent. Not happy with my room The bed had bugs. The wash clothes and towels were dingy and stiff

Bugs There was roaches crawling around they sold out of King beds and that queen was very uncomfortable it needs to be replaced real soon desk help was great though but the environmental service needs a new staff of train employees

Horrible We walked in to a dirty lobby. The room smelled of urine so strong and the floor was sticky. The toilet was moldy and the ceiling was peeling. The fully equipped kitchen was empty...not even a plastic cup. If you want clean towels you have to bring your dirty towels to the desk and exchange them. And lastly, they don't have daily housekeeping. Definitely will never return here!

Not enough Not enough pillows on the bed. The cleaning guy is the counter person. The room was hor as hell for the first two hours. No one to help with luggage. Etc

Smoky and Rude Front staff is rude and clearly not happy to be there or help you with your stay. The hotel has no bathroom in the lobby for guests and though our room wasn't ready (their fault) they wouldn't let my kids use the employee bathroom. The entire hotel is "no Smoking" and yet the entire hotel reads of smoke from the moment you walk in. We changed rooms three times and finally just settled on the stinky fourth room.
