The front desk guy was a jerk! As soon as I walked in the door the smell slapped me in the face. The whole lobby smelled like wet musty feet. The guy checking me in was rude, not helpful, and basically refused to assist me because I had book with Expedia and not directly with the hotel. He acted like he could care less if I checked in or not. There was another guess at the front desk trying to get towels and he treated him like he was a bother. This was my first and last stay at an Extended Stay America!

Never Again! Worst hotel I have ever stayed. Will never go there again. The room above me had children running/playing loudly over 3 hours the first night. I called 5 times to the front desk and finally fell asleep from exhaustion. I had moved my g-daughter into college that day and was very tired and needed my rest. The clerk said she had told them to quiet down but it did not help. She should have evicted them after the 3rd attempt. Hotel was absolutely awful! No words! Hotel was awful! Staff didnt care of any complaints! Hot and uncomfortable room and bed! Never seen a room with no hair dryer or conditionder either and it stunk so bad! I would have rather stayed a block over in the hood and took a chance of getting a needle stuck in me or shot at! This place was bad! Will never return! Don't waste your money! More like extended sh**hole of America

Okay hotel, weird staff and policies The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the staff never seemed to be around and when you did find them, they were very rude. The hotel also doesn't seem to have any staff working between 11PM and 6AM, which I thought was odd.

Overnight The entire hotel Smelt of old cigarets other than that the experience was okay. Staff was very pleasant and welcoming

Ok for one night but not if you want to sleep in. Hotel had signs posted that they would be pressure washing starting at 8am. Last time I checked that didn't involve hammers or scraping of my windows. Plus there was no parking and I was told I could park down the street at the walmart. I had to wait for an employee to leave to have a place to park. Then at 9am the house keeping staff knocked on my door and asked if I would be heckling out that day. Check out time was 11am. Not a hotel for non-smokers If you are a non-smoker, find a different hotel. We were not prepared for the smell of cigarette smoke that this hotel has. As soon as you enter at the front desk, you can smell the years of smoke clinging to the walls. Our room was prepaid with no refunds or I would have immediately canceled and gone elsewhere. The room was two double beds with the kitchen area and bathroom. When I opened the room the smell of old smoke was almost too much for my sinuses. Not for me I don't think I can give Extended Stay another chance. This is the second time I have stayed in one and this time was no better than the first. The bed was hard as a rock, there were burn holes in the comforter and the room smelled. Definitely not a $100+ a night hotel.

Disappointed The front desk staff was unfailingly courteous and helpful. But I was dismayed that my room smelled musty. A dirty dishtowel on the counter; dirty freezer and microwave, and worst of all two blood stained pillows. The front desk staff took care of all these but I just felt like I'd paid way too much for a space that was considerably less than great.
