Hotel did not have me a room. After booking thru Travelocity I arrive at the hotel just after midnight and driving 5 hours. The lady at the front desk told me the hotel did not have me a room. I ask her what should I do, sleep in the parking lot. And she said that I needed to call Travelocity to get a refund. This would really help being 5 hours from home after midnight with no place to stay. I called Travelocity from the parking lot to straighten it out. My stay The bathroom way too small. Kitchenette had nothing but fridge, microwave, and sink. Some glasses and plates would have been nice.

never again It took 30 mins for them to check me in with only 2 people infront of me. The workers seemed really stressed out and not very happy friendly people. Finally got up to the room and there was a dead roach on floor only to wake up and find another. Their breakfast choices were few and far between. I will NEVER stay at this place again.

Free wifi and bug bites I woke up with 10 bites on my upper legs the morning we were set to depart. Tough to find a reasonably-priced and clean dog friendly hotel, but I've stayed in other dog-friendly hotels and escaped without being bitten.

Nice staff, dirty hotel The staff where very nice and polite. If there was a sign on the hotel, we missed it. No where to park near the lobby for checking in. The rooms looked updated, but where grimy. I don't think the laundry facility is sufficient to handle the capacity. We slept without a blanket since ours had enough hair on it to make a wig. Dirt etc. Lingering just out of plain view in other areas. AC and water pressure not great. Good hot water, but I couldn't use the soap since I had to use it to keep the bathtub dr... read more

OK Hotel I have stayed at Extended Stays in the past. I understand that their breakfast is a Grab-and-Go deal, its for people who are on long work related jobs, etc., and I'm ok with that. When we arrived at the hotel the room we had booked was "no longer available" but we could "upgrade" our room that no longer came with 2 full beds, and instead came with a king.
