Cheap Hotel It was a pretty run down hotel. When we got into our first room the TV and lights weren't working so we had to get switched to another room. Going into the next room we had a lot of the same problems; TV lost signal, air would work when it wanted to, it smelled like dog, cigarette burns in the blanket on the bed even though the hotel is a smoke free place? It was just a horrible place to have me and my kids stay while visiting family and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Cleanliness It was disgusting. Hair in bathroom and dirty toilet. Broken hangers and a brush full of hair. Asked staff for clean towels and they gave me attitude about it. I will not be staying there ever again.

Not a very clean environment. Blanket had multiple cigarette burn holes.

Had Sheets Thrown at Me Our initial room was filthy (dirty floors/counters, sink had crusted cereal on it, iron had something blue melted in which ruined my boyfriend's shirt) and I found the sheets were wrinkled and used. My boyfriend and I went down to the lobby on our way to a wedding rehearsal to let the staff know we were unhappy with the room and at the very least needed new sheets. Just OK Room was just passable for a one night stay.Probably would stay elsewhere next time.

I want to just say I was disappointed at the pet fee of $25 a night. That wasn't specified on Hotels.com at time of booking. The free breakfast was a disappointment as well. The staff was extremely friendly though!
