Tina provided excellent customer service and was helpful with my initial check-in. Had no issues with navigating my way up the elevator to my storage unit. Very clean facility. Thank you for providing the 2 hand trucks near the elevator!

This review is for Aaliyah Aaliyah help me today when I called asking about the jump of increase in less than a year. She was able to review the increase and bring it down 50%. Thank you Aaliyah. That was way too easy! From beginning to end, the process to rent a storage unit at Extra Space Storage in Belmont was seamless! I saw the web special and reserved a unit online. Then I spoke to Mariah on the phone and she answered all my questions; walked me through the lease; took my payment; and emailed me my confirmation, assigned storage unit number and access codes, etc. When I arrived at my storage unit an hour later, it was ready for me. Extra Space Storage on Harbor Drive in Belmont is wonderful. We just rented an indoor unit. I called the website number (which is a central corporate number) to find out - given Covid19 - when the Belmont office was open. The corporate person was very nice, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. She said that the office was open normal hours and provided a great deal of specific information about the Belmont site. I made a reservation online and received a call from Sheri the following morning. Sheri was very knowledgeable and professional. I was able to make an appointment for the same day and Sheri showed me all of the available options for my needs. It was a quick, smooth process. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage and Sheri! Good service and clean facilities. Unlike some of the other storage companies, Extra Space allows remote leases and free delivery of shipments into the storage locker: very handy services for those relocating. Would use again and recommend.
