Salvador is great. Professional and courteous. He keeps a clean well lit safe facility running. I feel comfortable going with my daughter at night. Secure but easily accessed by customers. Only place I'll use for storage. Large elevators and carts available for unloading/loading vehicles with easy parking options

Moving from a house you've lived in for years is one of the most difficult experiences to go through. Finding storage during a move that meets your needs, can be a daunting and expensive experience. Moved to San Carlos from the East Coast. From the moment I visited Extra Space Storage in Belmont the service and follow up has been A+. They showed tremendous concern for my needs and worked hard to get me the correct storage space. The monthly rental rate is very fair. Salvador was most helpful and his follow up has been impressive.
Walked in looking for a space for just a month. Got excellent service from Kacie, a very good size unit, and a great rate. Unit was convenient, premises clean and secure. Though I only need it for a month, Kacie did tell me there may be a rate change if I go beyond a month, so a fair warning.
It was very easy. Go there, view the storage space you wanted. Ask any questions and you're set to go. Locks and any storage supplies are available there if you need one. Access is very secure. You have your own pin to enter the gate and the elevator. If you tailgate to somebody else pin and open a different locker, that storage space will ring an alarm. Very Nice!

Great facility & service. Best we found in the area. Only used them for a month but the large unit we had was great.
