My brother George rented a space for almost a year in 2010. They make him buy insurance for an extra $9.00 a month, even though he didn't want it.. His $1000 bicycle was later stolen out of his storage space and their insurance company would not pay on the claim, even after the copy of the Police report was submitted. Don't put anything of value in your space if you use this company. The spaces are not secure!
