Avoid. Unfriendly and unprofessional stuff as I say you can not find empathy in their personality on top they are rat poops everywhere as my friend stated.

RATS! Yup, rats got our stuff and they've done nothing about it. After moving cross-country, we had all our stuff in storage here for about 4 months while we found a place to live. We went to get a few things about 2 months in, and no problems. But when we went back with movers to finally move out, half of our boxes had been chewed through and there were RAT FECES AND URINE covering most of our stuff. I originally rented a medium sized unit here in 2009. The rent was under $100/month. Each year they raise my rent $10-$12 per month. I have just received the latest rent increase notice. I am now to pay $163 per month. This is outrageous greed. I will pack my things, and move to a new storage company a little further from my home. I do not plan to continue to be a victim.

Do not store your items here. I've only had my items in storage for 4 months and they're already raising the monthly rate. Are you kidding? I guess they think they have you "over a barrel." Classic "Bait & Switch." Management must not understand Basic Business 101...if you have a good customer, do everything you can to keep them. It should be easier to keep a client than constantly having to get new business. I'll be removing my items from this place before paying them another dime. Beware!!

Don't waste your time here! They will just trick you into thinking the rate is good, and then increase it after only a few months! UNBELIEVABLE! The manager is extremely unpleasant as well. Anywhere else would be better!

The people are nice here. But here a few years and like clockwork every year they raise my monthly price by $10 for no apparent reason. Just watch out for that initial low price to get you in and then they gauge you more and more every year. (And they try to get you on the insurance thing too which other Yelpers mentioned.) I used to be at another large storage company for many years and they kept their prices the same for all the years. Bottom line: Disappointing.

The facility is clean and seems well taken care of, so that's a good thing. But... I contracted for a 10x5 unit, but the unit I moved into last weekend was 8x4. Lovely. Thanks for the bait-and-switch. It'll do for now, but this is not going to be long-term storage.

This place is full of lies and deception. When you visit they will tell you about the wonderful security system. What they don't tell you is they don't investigate the alarms triggered on your unit. I had about $3000 worth of belongings stolen. They said my alarm tripped a couple of times. They never once bothered to investigate. I asked why and they said we don't have time!!! No shit!!! I signed up for storage approx. 4 months ago at this facility. Upon my arrival, the manager informed me she would be able to set things up as long as it was before her lunch!? That was my first "WTF" moment with this place. She seemed off put that she had a customer in her store around 11AM and I felt like a burden. I stood up and said "don't worry, I'd like to stop.
