Number one Storage place in the valley!!!! Adrian and Rosa are absolutely amazing employees, they are so professional, store is immaculate, and are ready to handle any situation!
I had a great experience at this location even when I wasn't there in person. I was closing my account and called for assistance and the customer service I received from Rosa and Adrian was nothing less than amazing. They were both very helpful and welcoming answering questions and guiding me in the right direction for what I needed. Thank you guys for your A1 customer service. We need more people like you. I decided to try this location due their reasonable prices, but have stayed with them because of their great service. From day one, the staff was great and I've never had a bad interaction with any of them since. They keep the place nice and clean. To be honest the location threw me off a bit (train tracks are next to it and it can feel a little hidden) but I got a unit in one of their newest buildings and for those, you need a door code to go in , so at no point have I ever felt in danger. Perfect place to store my car while I was away for a few months. Staff was polite and helpful. Move out was smooth and easy.

I haven't had any problems with the business. Staff is courteous and helpful. The storage space was smaller then expected for what the size is advertised had to get two spaces.
