Pros: 1) Location. Very good proximity to the 405 and 90 freeways on the corner of Green Valley and Centinela. There isn't heavy traffic in this neighborhood, so it makes getting in and out of the property very easy. 2) Customer service is good. Office staff is friendly and accommodating.
