IS there a way to put Zero stars? as there should be!! this is the worst place ever! they are rude, overpriced and worst customer service EVER! And G-d forbid you have a problem with your unit if you are out of town, as it took TWO months for someone to get back to me! run, don't walk from this place!! ANYWHERE IS BETTER THAN here!!

Great location. I was robbed here once in 2010 and the then onsite manager, I think his name was Jose had something to do with it! A truck backed up to the facility during broad daylight and robbed 6 units in a row including a preacher's wife! I only found out because one of the new employee called me about my lock not having a sticker then we learned the bums had misplaced all the locks with new ones. Talk about gall!!! I have had a storage unit at this location for two years. Amongst all the issues I have with the payment policy and rate changes, the new manager, Michelle (?), has become the deal breaker for me. She is the rudest employee of extra space storage I have ever incountered! She has no customer service skills, or communication skills. I will be moving my stuff out of that storage asap!

Customer service very nice until you have a complaint. When I moved my things out of storage after a little over a year. I found mold on a few of my things. After everything was moved out I noticed a small whole about the size of a silver dollar, maybe a little larger in the wall that led to outside. You could see where water leaked in from the stain. I took pictures of the hole and the items that had mold, as proof. I called the manager and he asked me to call the insurance, stating that's why they have us purchase mand... read more

horrible experience....staff is the worst....prices horrible....since i had my storage the prices went up 2 times....really $190 for a small a** storage....the only reason i settled for this location was because i was moving from the meadows apartments. i suggest if you want a storage stay away from this location.

**SCAMMERS** I AM SO FED UP WITH THEIR RATE CHANGES!!!! Reading complaints from other sites I see people saying they had 2 rate hikes in 18 months.... I just received my 5th (the 1st one only 3 months in) and I am done dealing with these crooks. What started out to be convenient and affordable has turned out to be nothing but a scam. DON'T DO IT!!!!

Pros: 1) Location. Very good proximity to the 405 and 90 freeways on the corner of Green Valley and Centinela. There isn't heavy traffic in this neighborhood, so it makes getting in and out of the property very easy. 2) Customer service is good. Office staff is friendly and accommodating. Cons: 1) Buyer (or renter) beware! Bring a measuring tape if you're checking out the units. I didn't bring one- didn't think I would have to.
