The staff is very friendly and Amaya was very sincere and helpful. This facility is very clean and quiet and I'm glad to have found the perfect place to store my items.
M. Amaya helped me get my unit and he was very professional and courteous. This place is open until 10 and open everyday in a nice location! Most other places aren't as convenient.
Juan A. the assistant manager is awesome. Excellent customer service skills. He takes time explaining all the rates, increases (and why), procedures. He took the time to show me all of the 10 x 10 that were available. I was able to pick the best one for me.
Had a great initial experience thanks to Juan Amaya @ ESS. We needed storage space for corporate product. His courteous manner and cheery patience went a long way allowing us to make an informed final decision. He took us on a grand tour, listened to our specific needs and pretty much had a satisfactory answer for everything. The facility is well kept and adequate for our needs, lucky for us, we scored a ground floor unit with fluorescent light inside. WIN.
Juan was extremely helpful and a credit to what good customer service should be. Never frustrated by any questions I had and patient with explaining the terms of my storage rental, Juan made the process quick, easy, seamless, and painless. I wish more representatives were as good at their job and as caring as Juan is. Thanks for making it such a great experience.
This is the second space I've rented from this facility. The young lady who helped was very pleasant and ACCOMODATING. I'm happy to say I haven't had any problems. The only downfall, increase in prices, which has nothing to do with the staff.
I rented a space here and was very satisfied with the customer service! An employee named Ricky went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed!
They were pleasant enough but did not honor their promise to accept faxed-in proof that I had insurance coverage through my homeowner's insurance. Instead, I will have to go back in person just to sign the waiver. In this day and age, one would think I could sign something and fax it to them and have that be good enough as they already have my signature on file! The most professional service and website that I've ever experienced regarding storage companies. The location and facility is very clean and secure. Paul has been my contact person, the moment I reserved space online. Paul is very patient with my ever changing schedule, so making arrangement to apply in person, tour the facility to decide which storage space works for me was very smooth process.
