Had a great initial experience thanks to Juan Amaya @ ESS. We needed storage space for corporate product. His courteous manner and cheery patience went a long way allowing us to make an informed final decision. He took us on a grand tour, listened to our specific needs and pretty much had a satisfactory answer for everything. The facility is well kept and adequate for our needs, lucky for us, we scored a ground floor unit with fluorescent light inside. WIN.

Juan was extremely helpful and a credit to what good customer service should be. Never frustrated by any questions I had and patient with explaining the terms of my storage rental, Juan made the process quick, easy, seamless, and painless. I wish more representatives were as good at their job and as caring as Juan is. Thanks for making it such a great experience.

This is the second space I've rented from this facility. The young lady who helped was very pleasant and ACCOMODATING. I'm happy to say I haven't had any problems. The only downfall, increase in prices, which has nothing to do with the staff.

They were pleasant enough but did not honor their promise to accept faxed-in proof that I had insurance coverage through my homeowner's insurance. Instead, I will have to go back in person just to sign the waiver. In this day and age, one would think I could sign something and fax it to them and have that be good enough as they already have my signature on file! Also, I did not like the physical aspects of this storage building very much -- it's an older, sort of funky building and in particular there is one very low beam ... read more

The most professional service and website that I've ever experienced regarding storage companies. The location and facility is very clean and secure. Paul has been my contact person, the moment I reserved space online. Paul is very patient with my ever changing schedule, so making arrangement to apply in person, tour the facility to decide which storage space works for me was very smooth process. So far, so good. Both Michelle and Paul were incredibly helpful, doing everything in their power to get me the best unit for my needs and time frame. They never rush anyone yet are efficient with everyone's time and fully knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend ESS. Notes to potential customers - the downstairs units are totally worth any extra $, it can get crowded (esp on weekends) and waiting for the elevator could become time-consuming. I've used other storage facilities so my review takes into account other experiences. I found the ability to search availability and sizes online, along with pricing, to be super helpful. It let me immediately assess whether this facility would have what I needed. The fact that you can enroll, pay bills, or review your account online is a big plus - especially when the alternatives would be more time consuming.
