STOLEN BELONGINGS. We accidentally left some items in the interior hallway. we called just before closing and I spoke with the manager. She was actually locking up the building while on the phone and gave a description of the stuff. i asked her if she could keep it in the office overnight. she said no but said they would be here in the morning. she suggested we come at 930am. we came at 11:30 and sure enough they were stolen. she was quite snarky and said we should've come at opening. she said we couldn't view the video an... read more

Bait and switch liars. Do not rent from this location. First they cut their hour to super early. God forbid you need access during the weekday, or have a late move. Then they out the blue raised their prices by 115 percent! Who does that? Less service and access for more money. We are moving our stuff asap from this bait and switch company.

Update: Vera called the next day and was able to amend my rate to something more favorable, which is appreciated. She was genuinely kind and considerate about the matter. My unit rental also went up 30% out of the blue. Supposedly, I had been sent a notice about it, which I never received, but that didn't seem to matter. Based on other reviews, it seems this is happening to a lot of people at this location. I've had a storage unit here for 2 years. I received incremental rate increases of $10 - $15 over the years which is reasonable. This month I received $75 monthly increase with no warning and it was charged to my account. I highly recommend using another company.

This place doesn't care about their customers at all. First they dramatically cut their hours of operation and close even earlier than what they post. They close at 4pm on Sunday, but they start turning people away at 3:45 pm. Now they've raised my storage fee by 43%. Why? The reason I was told was because they "haven't raised it in a while because of COVID". Wow. The real reason is because once I give my notice and move out they can now charge $5 more than what they were going to charge me. I'm done with Extra Storage. Good... read more

The management here are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. When questioned about their actions, there is always a sarcastic response. When individuals trust you with their personal items, and choose to do business with you when they can go elsewhere, there should be professionalism displayed. This facility has had a "temporary hours" sign posted for two weeks now. No contact from the facility or headquarters explaining this. The entire Extra Space brand is awful... God forbid you miss a single payment, they tack on a million fees and in a matter of weeks what was a $200 bill becomes a $600 bill and they'll hold your things hostage until you pay in full... No partial payments, no payment arrangements, no compassion, no nothing.. They won't even attempt to help you, they are all about the dollar.. Fuck Extra Space

Roll-up door has been broken for weeks. Worst yet, the mechanism to exit requires you to push a green button to unlock the door. Often this requires several pushes. It has been like this since we first starting renting back in January 2017. However, today 8/13, it did not work AT ALL. To make matters worse, the front office is closed on Sundays so no employees are available to help. If I could give them zero stars I would. My unit was broken into, instead of calling to warn me that my storage was left open without a lock, the facility replaced the lock on my storage with their own lock. My items were only left for one month and I'm so sad that this happened at a place where they should have be secured.
