I needed to upgrade to a larger unit and Elaina could not have been more helpful. She suggested a unit that would offer better size and access. She did it all with consummate professionalism and grace. She made the experience a pleasure.

Really great service. Eliana was so gracious and helpful. We had to be out of our storage unit as they were closing and this location was convenient. Had checked out the Converse lication, however, they didn't have the size we needed. The gal at Converse was also very helpful. This company must have a great training program. Site is VERY clean and we are happy to be serrled (almost) in our new location.

When my son who are rented this for moved out he left a few things. The woman behind the counter who called me was very polite very informative and helped me figure out what to do. She had a pretty good sense of humor and we laughed and joked and it took me maybe two minutes to sign the paper to release the contents and it was done.

Super friendly and professional!! Answered every question I had without any issues! I'm glad that they're open during COVID. Peter and Cindy in the front desk really made it easy for me to rent out a storage unit for my first time! I'm glad there's such good service at these times and in my hometown! Unbeatable prices! Definitely check them out!

I rented this unit 12x12 for 4 months. The unit was very clean. Affordable and Easily accessible. Cindy was very responsive when I needed anything. I would recommend these storage units to any of my friends that are moving and need a place to store their items for short or long term.
