Super friendly and professional!! Answered every question I had without any issues! I'm glad that they're open during COVID. Peter and Cindy in the front desk really made it easy for me to rent out a storage unit for my first time! I'm glad there's such good service at these times and in my hometown! Unbeatable prices! Definitely check them out!
I rented this unit 12x12 for 4 months. The unit was very clean. Affordable and Easily accessible. Cindy was very responsive when I needed anything. I would recommend these storage units to any of my friends that are moving and need a place to store their items for short or long term.

I've never had anybody help me as much as Cindy at Extra Space Storage. I've been going thru alot of changes in my life and it seems as if Cindy is always there to help. I just give her a call and she's always ready to help. And never seems to mind. She's ALWAYS so pleasant and always so nice. I wouldn't think of ever going anywhere else. I had an excellent experience storing my personal items there. The staff is kind, efficient and easy to deal with. They are very aware of keeping the premises as clean and neat as possible. By far the best storage experience I have ever had.

I started to book a storage space at another facility some months ago and didn't it because A) it was expensive, B) awkward get into, and C) the facility didn't feel safe. Now, months later it's a have-to situation I was dreading. But ExtraSpace Storage (and the manager, Cindy) are great! None of the problems I encountered with the other facility.

Great location, expert customer service from Emmanuel Martinez. The onsite manager was off for the day and Emmanuel did an excellent job of navigating all the paperwork and procedures even though it wasn't his regular location. He took care of everything in record time to get us signed up with our storage space providing many billing and communication options. A great storage facility with a great staff.
