1 star- HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE it review for 36000 Cathedral Canyon Dr Cathedral City, CA. EVERYTHING HORRIBLE from the beginning. They sent keys from lock to a different address, after my arrival i had my own locks. Manager REQUESTED TO PAY for lock and thretened NOT TO CUT a lock until is paid for it, i paid around 19 $ cash, she cut the lock, i moved in with stuff. Rude, Rude Rude. The prices are astronomical and ridicules its ad if they want you to loose the storage so they can keep your items. Almost 400.00 for a single storage a month. The front desk is very rude They will do nothing to help you or go out of their way without compensation. Money hungry and greedy!! BEWARE DONT DO IT YOU JUST MIGHT LOOSE YOUR THINGS!!! WARNING!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

While the people that work there are nice enough and the facility is relatively clean and secure, the escalation in prices over the last couple of years has been extreme and unnecessary. They are gouging. We have been with them for years, but we have had enough. If you sign up with them, beware! The owners are nothing but greedy.

Everytime I talk with someone who works there they are unbelivably unprofessional. Rude and anytime you ask a question that dont want to be bothered the only reason I have a unit is because its climate controkled and hard to find units that way. But they keep trewting me like this i will leave I dont need to pay 72 dollars a month to be treated like that. If your new dont come here.

If you are looking for storage to store your extra things in DO NOT USE Extra Space, This company is so money hunger they raise your rent up after the first 5 months and then every 8 months after that, and it's not a raise its 25% hikes at a time, they for people that are on a budget DO NOT GO TO EXTRA SPACE. they do not care about you at all. they are only MONEY HUNGRY.

Set up agreement noon on Saturday. Dealt with Cindy Chaisson, the assistant manager. It was stated that I'd lock the unit later, as I was in a rush. No indication made from Cindy that a lock was on the unit or that I needed to have someone escort me to the unit to unlock it during office hours.
