Set up agreement noon on Saturday. Dealt with Cindy Chaisson, the assistant manager. It was stated that I'd lock the unit later, as I was in a rush. No indication made from Cindy that a lock was on the unit or that I needed to have someone escort me to the unit to unlock it during office hours. Arrived Saturday after office hours to come lock my unit, approximately 9pm, to discover the unit was locked.
