Great experience, love the fact that the manager lives on site. She's so attentive and you can really tell she cares about the facility and her customers. We felt very safe leaving our things there. Location is easy to get to and convenient. Highly recommend! And will come back.

Needed a last minute storage place and was grateful we found this one. Facilities and management can't be beat. It's clean, well-lit and I like that they have someone living on site - It's an extra level of security most storage places don't provide. As other reviewers have noted, Cindy is really terrific - great customer service, friendly and a true professional. She'll be someone we look forward to seeing on return visits to the site.

Upon moving to Palm Springs, we picked another storage company. Once we arrived in the middle of the day, no one could be found to allow us in. We immediately did a search for other storage facilities and our luck changed after we found Cindy at Extra Space Storage. Moved to Southern California recently and Extra Storage Space was recommended. Not only did our friend get $50 for the recommendation, the bottom line is... we LOVE this place, which is clean and safe, but our favorite thing is Cindy at the front desk, who is the best of the best!!! Wonderful staff and space! Cindy is soooo helpful! So glad I found Extra Space to put my small RV in. It's a safe, clean and helpful staffed place.

Just wanted to remind and warn people That extra space will offer you low introductory rates but guaranteed within 60 days of occupying your space. Your rent will go up sometimes as high as 50%. I've seen it happen time and time again I've moved out of the area but it's happening with the same extra space in this area that I'm in now do not rent. You'll wish you hadn't.

My rent was doubled because they painted. Not really worth it but I'm not around to move my things to another facility. Unfortunate because I really enjoyed this facility until this change

First of all Elaina Frye location mgr is awesome. If you only dealt with her, it would be perfect. Move in November. I paid a year in advance. Within a few months she was off and I went in, Timothy (I believe his name was) had us "urgently" move spaces because there was screw ends exposed and safety purposes we had to move out until they could resolve it.
