I have been here for two years plus my rate has been raised 3 + times I finally called last month to talk to the staff about it. I spoke with Courtney who was helpful at first who even said you have been a loyal customer and mind you I have never complained and never have asked for anything. She then called me back a day later and let me know that they would lower my rate for the month of September. She asked me to please come in in September also to get me into possibly a smaller space. Facility is ok, but watch out for the old "bait & switch." Our $302/month tab was raised by $40.59 after just four months. Why? Because they can. I have some other storage spaces in CA and AZ and none of those landlords have done this. Anyway, if you need to store stuff beyond a month or two, be sure to ask these people what their intentions are. They're tough on you if you stay beyond the competitive initial price.

I find this a terrible Business. My rate went up 25 per cent less then 3 years. I called to get an explanation about raising and David, the local supervisor said is because their business making a lot of money and if I'm not happy I should leave because my spot worthy it much more. I called another storage 1.0 mile away, great place, clean, and it is as security as them for almost $100 less per month. Don't fool your self. Please do your search first.

I had the exact same experience as the other poster. After signing-up in September for a small closet sized space ($55/month for about 9 sq. ft.), they raised my rate 20% in January to $66/month. Total bait-and-switch on pricing. Granted it's month-to-month so they are within their rights, but from a customer service standpoint, it drove me to write this poor review and I will also cancel my rental and make sure to leave a mess for them to clean up. DO NOT RENT AN UNIT AT THIS FACILITY! I REPEAT DO NOT... I rented a space for less than a month and when I came back all my items were COVERED in MOTHS and DAMAGED!!! I could only take 2 boxes out. I lost a brand new mattress, a futon, an expensive suitcase, clothes!!! They said I had insurance and when they finally called me back after a week they told me they don't covered damage by insects :( So what was the point of getting insurance???
