This is a message for Tracy, I want to point out that he is a fine stand up man. This is a re post to say I came back and he could not have been nicer! Thank you. Homeless person/persons were defecating and urinating in my hallway. Customers are not making up the fact that many homeless people are living in their units. After the non resident managers go home, this place is rife with homeless people. My wife became scared to go there after six pm. Elevator is broke most of the time too. They raised our rent after a couple of months so we gave up and found us a storage facility one street over with resident managers.

If you like homeless people living in units and putting out lawn chairs in front of their "home" coupled with large rent raises every time you turn around (been here less then a year and already had a large increase) then this is your spot! Gotta go through the hassle of finding a new spot and ** update - since this review I have gotten yet another rent increase -- fourth one in a year

First there is a man that works there, his name is Scott, he will make your time there miserable. My family is on the contract, he will not at all let them make a payment unless it is in full. He will argue with you like a child. He told me to F off. I can not believe his immature behavior. He clearly does not know his job, how do I know. I put in my 10 days notice to move out and I came here the day before my last day to get my things and had a different lock on my door for a delinquent pay from a few months back they never removed. Unfortunately I came here on a Sunday when the office was closed so I was unable to retrieve my things, rented a truck for no reason and now only have one day left to be out. Not sure why they wouldn't have removed the wrong lock knowing I am going to be out and no one can come to the site to open it for me.

After storing my furniture for three years I go to get it out this week. First we notice the mold on a chair and my dresser. Then it becomes apparent that there is a hole in the roof of the unit. When I talked to the manager I get a vacuous gaze and -did you get insurance?Because they aren't responsible for a leak going through the roof of their units. There wasn't even a cursory apology. Worst storage ever, terrible service, elevator breaks all the time as usual, but the worst was their front gate (and only gate) broken the night before Thanksgiving 2017 so I could NOT get my stuff out in time for use on Thanksgiving for my family the next day, when it's only 6pm on 11/20/2017. I called the service center and they refused to help because it's the night before Thanksgiving. Ridiculous, I would never recommend anyone to use this storage site as the unreliability and service is total bullshit.

This facility needs to make a better commitment to maintenance. The elevator servicing the west building has been out of service for 2 months, which doubles labor costs loading in or out. I would not rent a storage chamber here if I had the choice to make again. Go somewhere else. Pay a little more. It'll save you in the long run.

The few people who have mentioned the sketchiness of this place in their reviews are 100% correct. I live nearby and can see down in to their parking lot and it is filled with interesting characters who do nothing but loiter all day and night. They most definitely aren't storing their stuff here and it is a wonder to me how they even get in. Management should get their crap together and figure out a way to make this place safer.
