Mae is wonderful. She is so helpful and they Have great friendly customer service. The area is very clean . The parking is spacious and open.

I have not used storage units before so I was a bit nervous about securing my stuff. But after seeing the unit, meeting the staff, and being walked through the process I feel very relieved in putting my stuff there. Mae was very nice and I got along great with her. 100% great customer service. Insurance was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend this location.

I've been using this place for 3 1/2 years and they've always been super kind and helpful. It's not too overpriced and easy to get into. It's relatively quiet when I go in so there's not waiting times on the elevators. It's really safe and secure because they make sure that everyone comes in with a key code. We don't need them anymore because we have a bigger apartment but if we ever need a place to store stuff again we're going to come here.

I called beforehand to check availability. When I arrived, I was second in line. Once I got to go to the desk, Ken greeted me and inquired as to the reason for my visit. We spoke about my requirements for a storage unit and we were able to find one that worked. We took a look at it to make sure it would. My organization has been using this site for years, but six months ago the folks there suggested we could get a better deal by moving into a larger space, so we did! We're saving almost $100 a month for renting a larger space. Last week, I had stop by to get help with my account online, and the manager, May, was fantastic. She was very friendly, helpful, and got my problems sorted out in no time. Lastly, all the employees there are very friendly and helpful. I love to interact with them whenever I stop by.

Ken was very helpful in setting up our storage lease. After getting everything set up in our original unit, we decided we needed a different size, and he went back and showed us another unit that was better for our needs. I feel confident with our belongings at this location knowing Ken is in charge.
