I want to say that I have had nothing but excellent service utilizing Extra Space Storage. I called and got signed up via phone and the individual was friendly and helped me setup. However, the best part was arriving to the actual unit and meeting Mae. Mae was joyful, kind , knowledgeable and helped me upgrade my unit to fit exactly what I needed. Let me say this about the staff at my storage location. Ken and Mae were very helpful in finding a new lower priced until. Being handicapped I needed to stay on the ground floor of the building. They did just that in helping me find the new storage unit. I’ve been leasing a unit at the Alexandria Virginia Extra Space storage for going on two years.
