This facility is pretty modern and clean and the employees are friendly. There's not a ton of parking and it can get a little busy on weekends but you can usually squeeze in somewhere. Was initially happy with our unit, which we got to store some furniture to make space for a new baby, but two months in they doubled our rental rate. They sent a letter saying that their operating costs have increased so now rental rates need to increase too BUT I really don't think their operating costs suddenly doubled. I am very disappointed in this location. The elevators or dirty, the price is rediculous and the staff will not let you use the bathroom! I get covid measures, but what is one to do when you have to use the bathroom? I bet a lot of guys are able to go outside! So much for COVID-19 measures.

The manager that used to be there is no longer there, and the new one is a female that seems more driven by money than customer service. Within a year of her arrival she raised the rent on my storage unit and refused to pro rate my last month of rent even with a month's notice. She was nothing like Raul, who used to work here. I have rented for one month. They bought out Cubesmart. Maybe they own them. Already talking about rent increases. I guess I have to move out. Over 20% a year. Low price at first to get you in.

After my unit increased to over $600/mo from initially at $300, I used to get an 8% increase every 6 months for several years. I downsized to a smaller unit for 260/mo. Now 5 months later, I got a 14% monthly increase. It is a good facility, but with 14% increases every 6 months it's a form of robbery. This is a good short term facility but a terrible long term choice.

Renters beware! Part of the rental contract states that, with notification, management may increase your monthly storage fee at will. Sure enough, within a couple months of renting a unit I was hit with the first rent hike ($9 a month). Okay...irritating but I let it go. A couple weeks ago I got notification the rent was jumping by 15%. Today I moved everything out. This facility has a staff member that is a complete douche. She's the property manager and has quite likely the worst attitude of anyone else that I've ever seen. She acts like she owns the place and is very quick to snap back at you with rude and disrespectful commentary. The facility is otherwise well managed but horribly under-staffed with only two team-members on duty at any given time. There are three redeeming aspects of this facility: 1) polite staff, 2) relatively clean, 3) good location. That said, I would never use this facility in the future. I moved my household goods into Extra Space Storage in late April of 2015. At the time, one of the two elevators was broken. The manager who rented me my unit (super pushy, like a used car salesman) promised me it would be fixed by the time of my move. Jackie and Raul are great,however the storage facility itself is very old and dingy! Elevator does not work properly and the additional elevator is broken. The storage facility is in desperate need of some repairs!!! Strongly considering moving my belonging to another storage facility!
