Extraspace Storage is great. When I was shopping aroung for a storage unit I got a better deal here than at Public Storage --plus everyone I talked to was super friendly and organized. On the day I had movers arriving to move my things into the unit, I was so unorganized that I hadnt signed the rental agreement ahead of time like I was supposed to and the movers were arriving with only a short window of time to move. We feel highly satisfied with the security, cleanliness, and customer service of Extra Space Storage. Everything seems very well organized, making the daunting tast of moving more approachable. Jackie had just the right touch, being both professional and personable. Thumbs up for the whole operation. Once we use the space more, I expect to be back to add the fifth star!

So far, so good! I researched storage facilities online (readers: also google Extra Space Storage, Dove Street; there are many other positive reviews of this facility on other websites). After a sufficient amount of considering different facilities, I chose this one. Online, I booked a lease-signing appointment, which I had to change multiple times (small kids at home, etc.). I use my storage unit as a warehouse for my business, and therefore am there several times a week. Not only is the location extremely convenient, but the facility is always clean and safe, and the staff extremely efficient and friendly. Raul, Tonnita, & Jessica are simply the BEST....always going the extra mile. Prior to securing this storage unit, I checked out several facilities and found this one to be the most secure and convenient, the best value, and most of all well-managed by a team of caring professionals.

Storage facility is cheaper than others nearby while not too far off the beaten path, it's pretty convenient getting to from Old Town . Staff was friendly and helpful during the tour and rental setup. The place is clean and secure and I never had a problem getting a spot for easy loading/unloading. I'd say it's an excellent place to store your stuff. Two things to note: 1) They require insurance to cover things stored in the facility so if your homeowner's/renter's insurance will cover items in storage, bring your polic... read more

The space is nice. Feels secure and never feels sketchy. After about three or four months they raised my monthly fee about 50 percent. I had chosen month to month as I'm not certain about my needs. So lock in a long term rate. Or just avoid shady bait and switch business practices like this. Rather than singing on longer term with them will be moving my items as I view this as predatory.

There is no cell service or WiFi in the underground floors B1 and B2, the only floors with climate control. I was not informed of this when I rented my space. I feel very nervous and vulnerable when visiting my storage space, in fear that if I needed help, I would not be able to call the desk or 911. This is a dangerous situation.
