I want to say that I have had nothing but excellent service utilizing Extra Space Storage. I called and got signed up via phone and the individual was friendly and helped me setup. Let me say this about the staff at my storage location. Ken and Mae were very helpful in finding a new lower priced until. Being handicapped I needed to stay on the ground floor of the building. They did just that in helping me find the new storage unit. I’ve been leasing a unit at the Alexandria Virginia Extra Space storage for going on two years. I went to see Extra Space in their Dove St location in Alexandria, VA. The service and attention I received was exemplary. I absolutely cannot praise both Mae Sagun (the Manager who showed us around) and Selam (who helped complete the paperwork). Both were super nice, friendly, attentive, and helpful. There was no hard selling ( which I hate) -only providing us assistance to decide on the choices that were available.
