RecommendedLet me say this about the staff at my storage location. Ken and Mae were very helpful in finding a new lower priced until. Being handicapped I needed to stay on the ground floor of the building. They did just that in helping me find the new storage unit. I’ve been leasing a unit at the Alexandria Virginia Extra Space storage for going on two years. I’ve found this facility to always be clean and never a problem finding a push cart. I went to see Extra Space in their Dove St location in Alexandria, VA. The service and attention I received was exemplary. I absolutely cannot praise both Mae Sagun (the Manager who showed us around) and Selam (who helped complete the paperwork). Both were super nice, friendly, attentive, and helpful. There was no hard selling ( which I hate) -only providing us assistance to decide on the choices that were available. We just rented a unit today. That said, the customer service was good and we got a very good introductory rate ( 50% off the 1st (3) mos.). I have not used storage units before so I was a bit nervous about securing my stuff. But after seeing the unit, meeting the staff, and being walked through the process I feel very relieved in putting my stuff there. Mae was very nice and I got along great with her. 100% great customer service. Insurance was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend this location.
