I had a great experience with this location and the personnel. At first they didn't have the sort of unit I was looking for - medium sized climate control for leather furniture, oil paintings, electronics - so instead of persuading me to rent from what they had, I was told they would reach out once what exactly I needed became available. We have a unit on the B-1 level of the facility. The temperature control is adequate but not great. It always feels a little warmer than I would like in the summer and a little cooler in the winter. i would suggest trying for a unit on one of the upper levels as it may be that those have better temperature control. Excellent customer service with a variety of options for whatever you need to store. Raul and the office staff are extremely helpful and will make you get just what you need.

Excellent experience. Completely lived up to the other positive reviews. We live in DC, so not next door, but I don't plan to be out every week. :) However it is still easy to find. The staff (Raul) was great--professional, friendly and helpful. Setup was easy and well explained. The facility was clean and kept up. I am very pleased.

I found the extra space staff very friendly and competent. We worked mainly with jackie. The units are clean and accessible. My only criticism is that one elevator has been out of service for 3 weeks

Very professional and nice staff. It was a pleasure working with them as they were flexible, informative and detailed. Jackie was fantastic. Feels like a very secure place and I hope my great experiences continue with them.

I have found the staff professional and willing to go the extra mile to help get you into the right unit. The space is clean and well-kept. There is easy access and many carts available making it easy to load and unload. Initially I leased a smaller unit but when I needed more space Jackie was very helpful in making the change and making sure the charges were correct. All staff has been professional and friendly. My mother stored her stuff here for several years. The facility is clean and well organised. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was able to rent an extra space for one "first month free" month, so that I could sort the items I wanted to keep and set them aside for shipping. I was out of state when my stuff shipped, but Raul called me right away to say that he was cancelling my contract and closing the space. I appreciated getting this taken care of so quickly.
