Two things: 1) These storage spaces are very insecure - it is easy for anyone to actually reach inside over the *chicken wire*. It's a joke. 2) These people took a "refundable deposit", and after I saw how poor these units were, I declined the unit - but several months later they have STILL not refunded my deposit. Creeps, pure and simple. Stay away from these people. The other review here than mentions she was burgled - sorry to hear, but not at all surprised. These units are simply not secure.
I subtracted some stars because my storage locker got burgled. The staff here are friendly and pleasant. When signing up they are great and seem really informed. The company's website is fantastic and completely reassures you that your stuff will be safe. Unique code entry, monitored video surveillance, alarmed lockers, every renter is finger printed and kept on file - so thorough. An onsite live in manager too! You can't do better than this.
