Do yourself a favor and shop around! They have a clause in their contract that allows them to arbitrarily increase your monthly storage rates with a 30 day written notice. They've increased my rate by nearly 40% per month!!!! Awful awful awful!!

Beware!- Dishonest business practices!!!!! Call and they tell you they have a storage space for price 'x' amount. When you are there renting the space they say you must have insurance and you must have a copy of it with you. If not, you pay $14.95 for theirs. "You can not rent with out insurance". After you argue for 10 minutes they'll admit you can decline the insurance. Then there is a $25- administration fee that they don't tell you about. Administration fee? WTF? This is a storage space. Bad service. Always, always no one in the office. We went at 9am, office is closed. Came back at 1pm, office is closed. Came back another day, we're here outside d parking, it's 3:05pm, nobody in d office. Hello, owners, do u have a business or what?? No people inside your office always.

Wouldn't come here again. Service was terrible, and they have this annoying policy where they'll automatically vacate you if you forget to put on a lock even once.

This place gives me nothing but headaches and road rage. I'm not surprised at the low ratings but I'd be shocked if the good reviews aren't fake. In the six years I've been here my rent has gone from $80 to $163 for a 5x5 space, and since I use auto-pay from my bank, I never even know it's increased until they call me and demand more money or I get there and I'm locked out because I owe them $7 or $1. I've been a customer here for four years now and will be moving out this summer. For the first couple of years, things were great. There was a flexible, friendly staff that knew me by name in the office, and I felt secure even when I would stop by late. Things started to go sour last June when my unit was broken into and a set of family china, tons of CDs, and several other things were stolen. Unfortunately I have to give this place one star. I've had nothing but trouble with my account and even was locked out at one point! The office is currently going though management changes and no one seems to know what's going on or have any power to make decisions. The customer service is bad. Though they seem as though they are trying, they are just not helpful. I prepaid for a locker because it was the last 8x10 then when I moved in I decided to take a 10x20. Kept my things here for 6 months. The keypads on the elevator was very temperamental and you had to type your code 8 or 9 times each time to get it to go through. Once on a Tuesday I called the elevator from the 3rd floor when I was trying to leave with some things I went in for and the elevator was broken. I waited for over 45 minutes while continuously calling the front desk and leaving messages. Nobody answered.
