This place way expensive for a storage place a walk in closet type storage will cost you over 350$ a month and they up the rent every month ! Go somewhere else!

HEED THIS WARNING Couple things: First off, the storage unit I rented was on the 5th floor of the building and their elevator was out of service for the initial few months I was there... Secondly, apparently they can change your rate to whatever they want at whatever time. Yes, you read that correct. I've only been renting for four months, this going into the fifth month. I was so digging this place since the employees were all kind and helpful... but then the corporation raised my rent by more than 75%. Scrambling to find another business to support that isn't evil and scammy like this one. Absurd.

Garbage. Since day one this place has just gotten worse & worse. Any info that's posted immediately changes without notice, that goes for prices, hours, you name it. Immediately after I signed my lease I was "informed" that the price I was given will go up after the 3rd month. That information wasn't provided in my lease contract or was it provided verbally by the person "helping" me. UPDATE: They raised my rent once again! My rent is now almost 80% higher than when I signed up a year ago. STAY AWAY!! This place is trash. Not to mention there's someone living in their unit next to my unit.

1. Hidden in their agreement is that they can (and do) raise your rent at any time. 2. After ONE MONTH at the advertised rate that I signed up for ($167/mo) they raised it by 50%!!! 3. Without notice!!! 4. Only when I called them on this did they agree to a PARTIAL refund, and would not guarantee future increases would not happen. 5. They also changed my access code without notice, so when I went to my unit weeks later, I could not get in without another renter giving me their access code. This place is horrible. You pay me to have your lock broken into. What's worse, is it's an inside job... I just left for vacation. I'm in between moving so I moved all of my valuables and possessions into a storage unit while I was gone. I returned a few days ago, received a phone call that my locker has been broken into. I asked for photos of my locker, freaking out a little bit, rightfully so... All of my belongings had been in there. This is so upsetting. I am disappointed and very angry. I was totally lied to. I was told that if I had a business I would be able to have 24/7 access and this is not true. And not only did they not have the access the people there were so rude to me telling me to get off the premises when it was 10 minutes before closing. I made sure to be very clear about my need for 24/7 access and the man who signed me up for the unit swore I'd have it. Then they lied about the pricing.
