The management at this facility is amazing with their efforts to maintain a professional and helpful involvement with their clientele as well as putting a constant effort in the overall appearance of the grounds,to show there is a respect for their customers. The quality of standard at this location has been consistent and along with the location of the facility,it has been extremely convenient for me to do ongoing business with.

The Staff is incredible, the easiest storage transaction I've ever had - took about 7 minutes to register, pay and be given a unit. The onsite manager is incredible as well, very hard working, great personality, and very willing to assist my family and I with whatever we need. I would highly recommend this storage facility if you live in the area and would definitely do business with them again in the future! Probably my LEAST favorite place to go in Hollywood, or anywhere in the World to be quite honest, but Extra Space Storage does the job. Our storage unit basically takes the place of the garage that we don't have. For the smallest indoor unit we started paying $100 less than two years ago, but slowly slowly your rate is increased, just enough that you don't complain, but now we noticed and are too lazy to take out all of our accumulated crap and move to get a better deal. I had no problem with my storage space. I got the month free and I understood the later rate increases. The place is older and the elevator takes FOREVER, but it served the needs I had. I rented in another city and had an even better experience there, so I'd say that this place is actually 3 stars, but because I like the company, 4.

December 30, 2024 | received this injury due to this protruding foot-long piece of metal Sticking from the wall around a blind corner. I asked for a Band-Aid in the front office, and was scoffed at. "We don't give customers bandaids. Do you think we're a Pharmacy?" I had to go to the emergency room, Had to get a tetanus shot, Had to go on antibiotics, missed two weeks of work, and now six weeks later have a lifelong scar. Extra Space storage? Guess they deleted my last review. This place has roaches through the units. Not only that my unit was robbed. I was in the process of a move and two days before moving out my belongings as I told the manager Shenice.... My unit got robbed. Shady place. I would go anywhere else. Terrible terrible place. Homeless living in the units. No cameras inside the facility. RUN!!!!!

Read a lot of negative reviews here about these people DOUBLING the price of your unit a few months in with nearly no notice. Seemed absurd so I thought nothing of it but today I get charged for my fourth month and sure enough - the price on the receipt was DOUBLE what I agreed to pay. Scammy business model. I will be cancelling and not returning.
