Celine was incredibly helpful and informative about the facilities as well as explaining the lease to me. She was cheerful and attentive while handling many different requests and customers at once. The facility, as well as the public bathroom, were very clean.

Celine the storage manager is awesome. She is always super helpful and friendly. One time she took the time to helped me open my lock because we had that lock for a long time on our work unit, and we did not want to break our blue vintage lock. She is always super patience in helping her customers. The storage is very clean. And I would totally recommend this place.
I'm very happy with the wonderful service I received on the phone from Celine and especially the in person help from Gabriel on my moving day! Above and beyond the call of duty. Fair price, very clean facility that is centrally located near the 101 for easy access to many locations. I saw a lot of ongoing customers and they seemed very happy, too.
This establishment is perfect. Celine and Phillip were such a big help and I couldn't have done it without them. Very friendly and caring. They didn't try to upswell me or shove any unwanted information down my throat (I truly appreciate that). I rented a unit and then went back and upgraded to a larger one. Easy and painless.

Celine and Susie were super helpful and really patient with me. I wasn't sure what size space I needed, so Celine showed me several to make sure I made the right decision. When I went back later that day to lock it in, Susie walked me through all the details, answered all my questions, and got me set up. It was so painless and easy, and I'm so grateful. Nice job, gals!
Great customer service! Cathy is friendly and efficient. She helps you find the best deal for your storage needs. Even if she's super busy, she's still friendly and takes her time with each customer so no details are left out. Highly recommend!
I had the BEST experience last Friday (11-17-15) afternoon with the customer service rep ( he was a male). He was just the best, had patience, explained everything, found a convenient storage space, you named it, he did it. He made me feel so welcome. I appreciate good customer service.
