Who would think you could give a bad review or any review for a storage facility? Well lets say this the storage facility is fine its the people who work in the office that leave you with a really bad feeling about the place. Suffice to say this they withhold information until they have your money and then nonchalantly drop a card and a person in front of you and ask for your fingerprints and if you question this they flat out lie to you. These people are the biggest crooks in the storage business. They bait and switch you on the units, threaten to auction your items if you're late for 30 days, charge you fees for liens and late notices and raise your rent without giving you proper notice! I've never dealt with such a flagrantly dishonest company in my life! The only reason I'm still there is that I'm out of the country and have no choice. Don't do business with them. You'll be sorry!

One point off: we filled out the paperwork to have our monthly fee paid automatically by credit card--twice!--and yet they continued to send us a paper bill. I tried a third time by phone, but they told me that I'd have to visit in person. In short, over an hour wasted messing with bills and unheeded forms. One point off: they tagged my lock with a sticker. Sure, it's "just a lock," but it's *my* lock, and you didn't ask my permission to deface it. Expect your rent to go up annually, and don't expect to get a $50 credit for referring someone, as they advertise. You'll both receive forms and forms to fill out and submit, and then nothing happens.
If this place is closed, good riddance. My storage unit was broken into and they cleared out $2500 worth of stuff- conveniently the same value of the insurance coverage I got through them. They didn't notify me of the theft when it happened (my housemate found out a week later when she went to check on my stuff and found the lock had been changed).
