One point off: we filled out the paperwork to have our monthly fee paid automatically by credit card--twice!--and yet they continued to send us a paper bill. I tried a third time by phone, but they told me that I'd have to visit in person. In short, over an hour wasted messing with bills and unheeded forms. Expect your rent to go up annually, and don't expect to get a $50 credit for referring someone, as they advertise. You'll both receive forms and forms to fill out and submit, and then nothing happens.
If this place is closed, good riddance. My storage unit was broken into and they cleared out $2500 worth of stuff- conveniently the same value of the insurance coverage I got through them. They didn't notify me of the theft when it happened (my housemate found out a week later when she went to check on my stuff and found the lock had been changed).
