Jennifer & Roman were wonderful ! Workers make the place what it is & they definitely make this place a 5 star ! If you're looking for the best customer service this is the place for you.
Jennifer and Dylan , honestly the customer service was outstanding , super thorough and helpful through every step of billing , payment and facility related questions I had today , comforting to know people genuinely care in a customer service and management role these days still, it's rare so when you discover it , it's huge .

Michelle at the washington location in Whittier is awesome, if I could give 10 stars I would. She helped me open my lock when it was Jammed and gave me new one so I wouldn't have a problem later. she keeps the facility very clean and safe. Would use extra storage again if the need arises!

Great service. Efficient. Never had any issues. They are a secure, clean and professional location. Jose was very accommodating with any requests I had, and was helpful when I moved out of my space.

It was so quick and easy to make my reservation with a great rate! Customer service assured me that they would be there every step of the way. I felt secure and guided.
