Avoid this facility! They pulled a bait and switch. I reserved a space at the "internet rate." I called when I was on the way over and was assured the space I had reserved was available. I got there and was told that was a mistake. I was shown a similar one at a higher cost, then was told it was not available and when they tried to switch me to a smaller one at the same price, I said enough and cancelled the rental. They assured me my money would be refunded (on my credit card) but five days later I am still waiting for... read more

I've had this unit for sometime now. The workers there aren't very friendly but this is quite typical in the bronx. I noticed they don't clean that well because there have been times I've smelled urine near the units. Not entirely their fault, since human beings should know not to urinate near people's units. One thing that bothers me is I wish they had longer hours to access the gate. I work downtown in the city and get off of work at 6pm. This place is a rip off. I have been with them two years & always paid in a timely fashion. I missed a Payment due to illness & Bam $125 late fee was accessed, which is more than the monthly fee. I asked for some sort of break! They close early so there's no access after 6pm. They're a rip off - act nice in your face but will take your money. Don't go here you will regret it
this review is for Hoboken NJ, but it represents their head office as well....so beware if you thought you had heard everything, hold onto your hat. I have been a client here for over ten years. First of all, you get MANY rent increases and the contract has no limitations on what amounts they can be OR how often. In fairness, they have reduced (never waived) some of my MANY increases over the years.
