This place is a rip off. I have been with them two years & always paid in a timely fashion. I missed a Payment due to illness & Bam $125 late fee was accessed, which is more than the monthly fee. I asked for some sort of break! They close early so there's no access after 6pm. They're a rip off - act nice in your face but will take your money. Don't go here you will regret it
this review is for Hoboken NJ, but it represents their head office as well....so beware if you thought you had heard everything, hold onto your hat. I have been a client here for over ten years. First of all, you get MANY rent increases and the contract has no limitations on what amounts they can be OR how often. In fairness, they have reduced (never waived) some of my MANY increases over the years. So recently I shopped around to other storage places in Hoboken and they are all cheaper for my size than what I pay here... read more
