This review is for the location on Burroughs in Irvine. First time I've rented storage in OC. The initial move-in went ok, got a good online rate. I've noticed trash gets left behind occasionally but overall it's kept clean. Interior unit is fairly dark. Busy every time I've been there, so finding a trolley to move boxes is a challenge. Most clientele I've encountered have been friendly, however they also warned about break-ins. I was shocked when the cost of storage DOUBLED on my third month.

Small little place the customer service is amazing. Gabriella was very patient took the time to show us how to work the storage door *super easy by the way* there's a latch! Haha. and just overall good experience.

Ok so I highly recommend Extra Space storage! Kevin is amazing!! In fact everyone I dealt with was quick to respond and they were so kind and helpful and considerate of my emergency move!! They actually saved me quite a bit of money as I checked out other places and no one came close to what they provided me with! The hours are so helpful!! And I'm by myself moving and I felt safe the whole entire time going to and coming from my unit even late at night!! Again they just check all the boxes

We are doing a remodel and needed to get a storage , I came across the perfect size that we need at Extra space , Burroughs location, we drove by walked in the office and Juan greeted us politely and Dieter showed us the unit, process the paperwork . He was friendly, professional and explained all the different pricing options. The facility is clean, well maintained. We are very pleased with the Excellent service . It's my first time renting and I'm very glad with my storage, the space it's all I need, about the costumer service, It was really good Dieter and the other guy, there were funny and respectful, very nice guys.

Needed a storage unit for our daughter within only a few days. We had no idea what size, but got all the help we needed from staff. The recommended unit was perfect. All went flawlessly. Would definitely recommend!
