Cannot say enough good things about how helpful Deneen, the manager, has been! She was VERY instrumental in helping us decide to choose this facility, and helped EVERY STEP OF THE WAY, for the move in, and 8 months later for the move out. In fact, her entire staff are terrific! All of them , like their manager, go the extra mile to assist their customers! I highly recommend using this storage facility. Prices and location are fair and competitive.

The service at Extra Space Self Storage on Burroughs is exemplary. Even on a Sunday, when the office is closed, the on-site manager was more than willing to help me when my gate code malfunctioned. Going above and beyond! I rented a space at their facility and it is clean, well lit and competitively priced. Since I live in Aliso Viejo it is also conveniently located. Keep up the great work!

Tom was very courteous and helpful. This is my first month; it has been a great experience so far. I would recommend Extra Space Storage to my family and friends. I wasn't told about the insurance when I reserved the space, but when I was signing he told me more than likely my insurance company will cover the insurance, and they did. Linda M.

The stress of moving is always there, but when I stored my "life" with Extra Space, they made sure to treat me as a valued customer which really helped with the whole experience. Tom was wonderful to work with, and made sure to find me the best storage for my needs. I'll recommend this location to all my friends. Seriously, this place is as good as it gets!

Happy so far at this place. The staff is great, super friendly and very accommodating. Great prices too. The only 2 things that would make this place better are to have better lighting in the individual units specially inside of the building and making better use of the additional gate. It sure would be nice to have a one directional flow of traffic in and out of the place. Overall great.

I actually had a storage space here before (was very happy with service/location) and left to move to a competitor storage company which opened next door. My thinking was newer place and they had some amazing "OPENING" deals. Mistake, as it was a nice new place, however the service sucked and I ended up not liking that I needed to take an elevator up/down to move in my stuff and every time I needed to access my storage thereafter. The person below obviously didn't ask any questions. All places do the insurance thing. HOWEVER, if you have renters or home insurance, your stuff will likely be covered by your insurance company. Call to confirm it, thats what I did. You bring in your insurance form and you don't need to pay for the insurance. This place is right next to the public storage and is $20 cheaper a month for the same size. Only difference is Public Storage has AC.
