We have been working with 1 Burroughs Extra Space Storage for a year, we rented 4 large Drive-Up units, it has saved us time and moving energy, so far we are very happy with the unit and the service. It is clean, safe, and easy to access. Most of all, we really appreciate the service. Kevin, the location manager, is nice, thoughtful, and patient. We highly recommend Extra Space Storage, especially the 1 Burroughs location, we thank Kevin for all his service and work ethic.
I would definitely recommend Extra Space and would rely on them again when in need of storage. Kevin and his team were professional, responsive and accommodating throughout the process!

My first contact was with Julian at this location. He was very professional and personable. We only needed the unit for one month for an special event. He was very accommodating the special they were offering and affordable. The unit was clean and accessible. This was my second time using a storage company. I would use them again if needed.
Competitive pricing (lowest I could find in the area), very clean, very secure. I will use them again next time I need storage space.
Having rented storage units for many years, I must rate Extra Space Storage at 1 Burroughs in Irvine at the very top. I would also have to rate Kevin and his team at the very top, as well. The monthly rentals were the best in the area, the move-in process was quick and easy, and the facility is very safe and clean. In fact, just the other day I saw Kevin policing the area and even sweeping the sidewalk along the street in front of Extra Space! Thanks a lot!

Love this Extra Space! I've been to other properties before and the experience wasn't as good as I've had at this property. The Manager is very nice and very helpful. She has helped out with questions & concerns that I've had. Sticking to this property 100%!
