Beware. They will harass you and never answer the phone when you call. Tried contacting office with an issue I had with my unit. Never heard back. Had to contact their regional manager. Catherine is rude, condescending and belittle to customers. Go to a different storage place if you can

BEWARE!!!! This place is HOMOPHOBIC. My wife and I were asked to leave. We were confronted by a staff member about kissing. She told us "they can't be having that inappropriate behavior here". They don't allow you to use the restrooms either. I had my wife there who has a rare medical condition and had to use the bathroom. She wasn't going to make it if I had to pack up, drive out, find a place for her to use the bathroom etc. For these two reasons supposedly they asked us to leave. Kassie is the worst manager. I could give here 0 stars if there is! She said she mailed my rate increase based on August 14 or whatever date they have in the computer and I just received it this week (last week of August). That is not even a proof of the exact mailing of the card and it does not give her customers the 30 days notice to move out because she refuses to take in consideration that I have rented the 10x10 for 2 years now. Nice facility, but after being there for only a few months, they jacked up the monthly rent by 11 percent.

The staff here was so friendly when I 1st started renting here until recently one of the staff members seen my partner give me a kiss. Since then they have been very rude to me and have given me serious attitude and now I have been asked move my 3 units out of the location. I was disrespected by one of the employees.
