We have had a storage unit at this location for a year. Cassie assisted us with getting all set up. She was very friendly and helpful. This location is a newer facility equipped with more modern locks and a very nice layout. Thanks for taking such good care of our stuff!

Thank you Cassie and team. Great facility and great staff. We were there for almost a year and never had a bad day there. Cassie in particular was thoughtful, caring and friendly, I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because they deserve them

This was my first time renting a storage unit and I was a little nervous and hesitant. However the storage manager made the whole thing as simple and easy for me as possible. She was even there on the day I came with my movers and helped me remember how to get to the unit. Overall super happy with my experience and the facility is also so neat and clean!

Used this facility twice and very pleased both times!Convenient location,easy access fair prices !Staff was great very helpful and were there to help. Belongings protected from theft and fire 100%.If you need a storage space use them!Very Happy I Did .Ps Thanks-for all your help Kassie your a great asset to Extra Space Storage.

I have had a very good experience renting storage spaces at at Extra Space. The service is great, the staff is extremely helpful and very friendly. The rental process is fast and easy and the rates are very reasonable. The facility is very clean and very secure. I would definitely recommend the Extra Space storage facility on Research Drive to anyone who is looking for storage.

This Extra Space Storage is clean and secured, even my drive up 10x20 unit seems almost dust free. I got this storage unit 3 months prior and haven't had any issues. When I moved in the front desk lady was also very helpfull.

This Extra Space facility located at 9300 Research Dr., Irvine, CA, is brand spanking new, and is by far the best of the best I have ever used. This facility meets all expectations that a renter would expect and hope to have in a rental storage facility. Their facility is conveniently located off a quiet business street, and not far from the 405 freeway. I've rented quite a few storage units in many different states, and my experience here so far has been absolutely superior. The units are extremely clean, and seem to be in a very safe area. Darci helped me with the whole process, and she was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. I was able to get my unit rented in about 30 minutes, and have had zero problems since I moved my stuff in.

My girlfriend moved her stuff into a space here when we moved in together. They increased the rental rate for the space after only 30 days by over 25%!!! After speaking to a manager they agreed to a 10% increase but came calling again the following month with another increase. This is a deceptive leasing practice that serves their profits over doing what is right for their customers. Make sure you get everything in writing and read the fine print for teaser offers.
