This was the most pleasant experience I've probably ever had with a business, mainly due to the manager Kassie Frazier! I hope Extra Space appreciates her! She runs a tight ship, she knows the people who store there, she is kind, fun, friendly and always greeted us warmly. Not only did she always remember us but she'd ask how our granddaughter was doing too. The place is clean, safe, well run, tidy, clean bathrooms etc. Kassie is just amazing. when we moved our stuff out the only hard part was saying goodbye to Kassie, she ... read more

What an awesome customer service experience...not once but three different times. Cassie and Noe rock! They always go out of their way to help, they welcome every question (even the dumb ones), and they know their business. I can't recommend Extra Space Storage's Research Drive location in Irvine enough. Reasonably priced, clean and - at the risk of repeating myself - great service!

I had a terrific experience working with Matthew and Cassie! I highly recommend this location and they handled the transaction with ease and very little effort. I reviewed several units before selecting my final choice and Matthew was thorough with all of the financial details and what was required to complete the rental fit my needs. He listened attentively and made sure they had all the details before suggesting various options! We have had a storage unit at this location for a year. Cassie assisted us with getting all set up. She was very friendly and helpful. This location is a newer facility equipped with more modern locks and a very nice layout. Thanks for taking such good care of our stuff!

Thank you Cassie and team. Great facility and great staff. We were there for almost a year and never had a bad day there. Cassie in particular was thoughtful, caring and friendly, I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because they deserve them

This was my first time renting a storage unit and I was a little nervous and hesitant. However the storage manager made the whole thing as simple and easy for me as possible. She was even there on the day I came with my movers and helped me remember how to get to the unit. Overall super happy with my experience and the facility is also so neat and clean!

This Extra Space Storage is clean and secured, even my drive up 10x20 unit seems almost dust free. I got this storage unit 3 months prior and haven't had any issues. When I moved in the front desk lady was also very helpfull.
