Convenient location, great customer service (Raul and all other staff were very prompt, flexible, and friendly), super clean spaces, safe, just what I needed. I have used their service for a few years now and am super happy and satisfied.

My partner has used this facility for 3 or 4 years and is consistently very happy with it. Most recent interactions, this week, were with Matt, Brad, and Gabby, who always are cheerful, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I have been to the facility many times. Clean, secure, climate controlled. It is terrific and I will use it in the future. MA

Very impressed with the front staff and their helpfulness. The facilities are extremely clean and safe. Brad is the best. I received a letter in the mail that my rent would be increasing and we discussed my options. Only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars was the rent increase by corporate after only 4 months of being a tenant. I'm looking to stay long term and was surprised by how quickly I received this notice. Brad was helpful at discussing my options. Would recommend.

We had such an easy time getting two storage units. When we moved out it was just as easy. We had to rent a storage unit again and the only place we trust is Extra Space Storage. The customer service is amazing and very accommodating.
